Please read the terms and conditions before using GLYRA ("we", "app", "our", or "us").

1. Introduction

GLYRA is a personal tracking and organizational tool designed for individuals using GLP-1 medications. It lets you log injections/doses, monitor weight and nutrition, record symptoms, and build habits - all in one place. The App is built as a self-management aid, not a clinical tool.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

GLYRA is not a medical device. Nothing in this App - including tracking features, reminders, data summaries, or any other content - constitutes medical advice, a clinical recommendation, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan. It is your responsibility to consult a licensed healthcare provider for all medical decisions, including any changes to your medication, dosage, or injection schedule. Do not substitute the App for professional medical care.

We make no guarantee that the information or features within GLYRA are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your health circumstances. Outcomes also vary by person, and the App does not account for your full medical history or clinical needs.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

GLYRA may offer paid subscription tiers. If you choose to subscribe:

• Subscription pricing will be shown clearly before you complete a purchase.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on iOS, or through Google Play subscription settings on Android. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited the moment a paid subscription begins.
• All billing is handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). We do not process or store your payment details.
• Subscription status within the App is managed through RevenueCat, which receives anonymous technical purchase and entitlement metadata required to unlock paid features, and does not receive your health data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GLYRA only for its intended purpose as a personal health tracking tool. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create any derivative version of the App
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App's content or design
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App's technical infrastructure
• Use the App for commercial resale or to provide services to third parties without our consent

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

GLYRA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the App's effectiveness, continuous availability, accuracy of data, or analysis, or uninterrupted operation. Use of the App is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App, its officers, team members, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of - or inability to use - GLYRA. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any harm resulting from reliance on the App for health-related decisions.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total cumulative liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us, if anything, preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Individual Claims Only

Any legal claim you bring against us must be brought on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or any collective or representative legal proceeding against us.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. If the changes are material, we will let you know through an in-app notification. Continuing to use GLYRA after revised Terms have been posted means you accept those changes.
